I have been really busy at the moment and just hitting a point of forgetting things. Nothing changed to be honest. Still rubbing in the spectral dnc-nanoxidil and can not see any difference. Still taking propecia but have been lazy with that too. For some reason I forgot to take it for a week because of my crazy work schedule.
Anyway, I been looking at the web for hair transplants using FUE. Very interesting.
Belgium for FUE looks like they are topping it for growth and design. Interesting.

Pictures from 04/08/2012
Sorry for the late pictures. Been quite lazy at the moment. Holiday time feeling. I've noticed when I cut my hair short that my temple hairline is definitely receding. I'm still continuing to use nanoxidil spectral DNC-N. Only thing I have stopped doing is the dermaroller. Really got lazy to be honest. Propecia still taking and using some ginger shampoo from Body Shop. Any comments welcome.
I am starting to thing spectral DNC-N does not grow hair. Also, I bought another two bottles of nanoxidil and the bottle has changed. Black rubber bottom at the bottom.
Nearly for to put a final word of spectral DNC-N. They have added something in to this as I am now getting a small brown stain on the scalp!

10/06/2012 - after hair cut
Pictures were taking from 09/06/2012.
No major change. Yesterday I noticed that I have long thin hair in the section of hairloss. Very thin in which you have to have strong light and have to be very close in order to see it.

Never late than never - pictures from 12/05/2012
Never late than never. I've actually been off 'Propecia - finasteride' for 6 weeks. I am back on it now.
Sperm results are roughly the same as I last had them. 98 million sperm per ml, and 70% at grade A.
No major hair loss or any at the headline due to stopping for this longest period of time. The last stop was only 1 week.
I'm now back on propecia and no major difference.
The only thing I can say, once I was off the Propecia, my libido rocketed and my penis was harder and longer than usual.

28/03/2012 - Quick Pics from Phone
Quick pics from a 8 megapixel mobile phone. Left and right temples. Right temples seems to have small darker hair than the left. Time will tell if they make any difference or just stay the same.

No pictures but if anyone can help? I'm trying to take some macro images but my digital camera is not having any of it. Would be great to show the small hair growth, if any.
After the recent publicity of prostaglandin D2 linked to hair loss, I purchased some 'Ginger Shampoo' from the body shop. No reference of how much ginger is in it but nothing worse can come out of it. Worse case, is smelling of ginger. The cost of the shampoo is dirt cheap too.
From what I gather with the daily routine of:
(1) Evening (daily) - wash hair with either Body Shop Ginger Shampoo (frequent) or Pantene 2 in 1 shampoo (frequent) or L'oreal Hair Thickening Shampoo (rarely) or Nizoral 2% (rarely).
(2) To wet hair / scalp - apply Spectral F7 - massage in gently. Wait at least 10 minutes before applying anything else.
(3) Roll the dermaroller (0.75mm) over the temple region of the scalp. 5 times per angle.
(4) Apply Spectral DNC Nanoxidil (5%) - massage in gently. What I have noticed recently is that upon drying, it leaves a brown stain which you have to rub away after 1 hour.
From what I gather, small hairs are sprouting out and some are thicker than others.
On my next hair cut, I will take some more pictures.

17/03/2012 - update.
Hair cut and continuing to use the following:
(1) Propecia
(2) Spectral DNC-N (morning and evening after rolling with dermaroller 0.75mm)
(3) Spectral F7 - evening only.
Anyway, no specific things to report. Hair in the temples seem to be thicker but no new hair to report. For people who are sensitive to minoxidil etc. This so called nanoxidil still makes your scalp dry. But, it does not irritate you hair like other minoxidil makes.
The hair is thicker as I have just washed it with nizoral 2%. The hair is wet.
Forgot to say, the dermaroller is'nt that painful at all. No need to press right into the scalp and this will cause bleeding. This will mean you have pressed to hard and over did it. What I did notice is that the right hand side when you roll it is less painful. Does this mean that the skin is much harder on more receded hair / scalp? Interesting.

01/03/2011 Update of Photos
My dermaroller has arrived. Not as painful as many people say on the forum. Actually refreshing actually. It does'nt hurt when you press on the skin.
My current regime is dermaroller, Spectral F7. Wait more than 1 hour until apply Spectral DNC-N. This is in the evening.
Morning, only spectral DNC-N.
As you can see from the photo's, my right hand side temple is much receded than it use to be.

I only noticed that I have not updated my blog for a while. I'm back.
Catch up. I no longer used the spectral dnc lotion as it did not give me anything except small amount of peach fuzz hair.
I am now trying the spectral dnc-N and the spectral F7. Yep, many people on forums have stated the spectral F7 is a scam but nothing worth losing really. If it works, it works. If not, only a couple of quid lost in the bank.
Up to now, my right side temple has receded much more. Over two years since the last update, many things have happened. Family member passing away, loss of a job and other things to cause a major shock to the system.
So nothing wrong with giving a new fresh of a test.
I would say that my right side is now a norwood 3 and the left temple is norwood 2.5.
No balding on the crown.
Just to also say, I am still using propecia brand finasteride (1mg). I'm not using nizoral but just standard 2 in 1 shampoo from pantene.
I will try and update photos in due course.
I have also just purchased the 0.75mm derma roller from fleabay - I mean ebay.
